X-Ops can provide daily, weekly or monthly summaries of performance against a wide range of criteria. Where a serious SLA breach is recorded alerts can be triggered in real time via SMS or email to one or more parties.
It is possible to monitor staff, third parties (outsourcers), transactions or a series of transactions and also, if requried, specific accounts or customers.
Data can be collected through "sniffing" the network traffic of monitored enterprise systems and augmented with data from other sources eg. log files or third party systems. The precise configuration would be determined by the topology of current systems and the service levels that are to be monitored.
